Aggrey R. Haynes, President

Aggrey Haynes is an accounting professional with more than 20 years of professional experience in both private industry and federal government programs. Mr. Haynes has been responsible for multiple accounting and grants management contracts, including the Department of Health and Human Services, the Government National Mortgage Association, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Mr. Haynes holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting and Finance), and a Master of Public Administration (Public Policy) at Bowie State University. 

Floyd N. Haynes, Director

Floyd Haynes has over 25 years of professional accounting experience. Mr. Haynes is the founder and architect of the company’s original business plan. In addition to his professional experience, Mr. Haynes holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He has taken post graduate business courses at the University of Oxford, and Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government. 

Robert W. Reiley, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer

Robert Reiley has over 25 years of Government Contracting experience, and is responsible for the daily corporate operations of Haynes. Mr. Reiley is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the College of William and Mary, and a Master’s of Business Administration (Finance and Investments) from The George Washington University. He has previous experience as a pilot in the US Army.
